Allow nails to completely dry before applying decals, 3. Cut around your desired image as close as possible, 4. Soak in warm water for 15-20 seconds, until the white paper backing starts to slide off, 5. Wet nail with water and place decal on your nail FACE DOWN, moving it to where you would like your image to be, 6. Start to gently pat dry with tissue or cloth, continue till all water is completely dry from decal, 7.
